Although Moonstones from Mogok are not available in large quantities, the quality of the stones can be exceptional.  Usually offered as cabochons, we facet the best quality Burmese Moonstones to create interesting, unique, and attractive gems like this one.

This stone is large, clean, and very nicely cut with the 'scissors' pattern of facets.  The moderately strong schiller is positioned directly across the face, and has a very nice blue color.  Stone this large and clean are not common.
